Really good! However next time I make it I will pull back on the salt completely. I used low salt diced tomatoes but it still was a bit on the salty side. Thanks for the great recipe!
Yeah, I have been eating this once or twice a week for almost 6 decades now. Leftover meat from the night before (if there is any), anything from corned beef to prime rib to roasted chicken to meatloaf works just great.
This is also an Afghani recipe! I live in Ecuador, am Italian-American, but I did add New Mexico red chile, garlic & a little celery. Love your channel!
I know it's been about a year 1/2, however, I used this recipe as a test run, to figure out how I could start cooking breakfast for my family. They loved it! Señor, isn't this Shakshouka a la Española? Part of the Mediterranean and Middle East Cuisine that came to Spain via the Arabs. Muy bueno, althought I never had it for breakfast.

I bought Spanish paprika just to make this dish. Just tomato sauce was sooo good. Edit: the entire dish was delicious.

I made a combination of this and the Spanish beans and eggs and added some mushrooms – beans, potatoes and mushrooms!!! It was really good!!!
