  4. I don't know… If it was me I'd be filling them with eggs, steak, hash browns, cilantro, salsa verde and shredded 4 cheese mexican blend. Mozzarella and mushrooms don't really scream mexican food to me. But that's just me. To each their own I suppose. I do like the freeze for later then fry to reheat idea. Definitely going to do that next time, even if I don't freeze them. Because after I assemble my breakfast burrito, there is always at least one ingredient that cools to room temperature by the time I finish filling the burrito. So the frying trick is a cool idea to get the whole thing piping hot before eating. And on the plus side, it kinda makes it like a breakfast chimichanga. 😋
